'Low light' is one of a series of Monotypes inspired by views of the Scottish Highlands.
Monotypes are produced by painting on a sheet of acrylic with printing inks and printing onto damp paper with a press. Only one image is produced, so it is an edition of one, and it creates a loose painterly feel but the surface is flat.
The paper size is 25.5 cm by 18.5 cm; the printed area is 19.5cm by 12.5cm
